Polyimide precision tubes are precision tubes produced from thermosetting polyimide materials using a unique dip coating molding process. In addition to the many excellent properties of polyimide materials, the products also have special requirements for precision tubes.

Features:

1. Size processing range: inner diameter 0.05-5.0mm, tube wall thickness 0.015-0.10mm

2. Good resistance to high and low temperature. It does not soften and shrink at high temperature of 400 ℃, and allows long-term use temperature of 240 ℃.

3. Excellent electrical insulation performance, dielectric constant is about 3.4, dielectric strength is greater than 100kv / mm

4. Stable mechanical properties, tensile strength is not less than 150Mpa

5. Stable chemical performance, resistant to various organic solvents except strong alkali deep solution

6. Excellent radiation resistance, low outgassing under thermal vacuum

7. The material surface friction coefficient is about 0.5, which can be well bonded with a variety of adhesives. The surface can be compounded with fluoroplastics, and the friction coefficient can be reduced to less than 0.2.

Application areas:
